Blini – pancakes with meat recipe for cooking Soviet cuisine. 😉 Russians have a long and legendary tradition of pancakes. They date back to ancient times, and today we enjoy many species in Russia. One of the most popular types is blinis, often filled with meat, cheese or other delicious fillings. Russians consider them a staple food in their cuisine, and they fry them until they turn golden with a crispy crust and juicy meat filling.
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 large spoons of oil
3 cups of milk
2 cups plain flour
500 g of beef (chicken, pork…)
salt, pepper, parsley, onion
Prepare the pancake batter and fry it in a pan. Then fry the onion, add meat, salt, pepper, water and cook. Finally, add chopped parsley. Fill the pancakes with the mixture, bend the edges and roll up.
And fry again on all sides in oil.
