Gordon Ramsay & Spicy Cauliflower
We’re going to talk about the amazing combination of Gordon Ramsay, spicy food, and cauliflower.
First things first, let’s talk about Gordon Ramsay. He’s a world-renowned chef known for his fiery personality and incredible culinary skills. When it comes to cooking, this guy knows what he’s doing. So if he’s putting his stamp of approval on something, you know it’s going to be good.
Now let’s talk about cauliflower. It is not only versatile but also full of nutrients. It is low in calories, high in fibre and full of vitamins and minerals. So there you have it, a tempting combination of Gordon Ramsay, spicy food and cauliflower. So I came up with my variation.
You will need:
cauliflower
onions
flower
salt
chilli
pepper
olive oil
ginger
hot sauce
garlic
sweet chilli
soy sauce
lime
Chinese cabbage (or Pak choi)
cilantro
Procedure:
Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl and then sprinkle them with flour, pepper and salt. Spread the florets with your hands to make sure they are evenly coated. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Leave the cauliflower for 6-7 minutes once it forms a crust.
Heat a small pan. Then add onion and ginger until translucent. Add hot sauce, garlic, sweet chilli and soy sauce. Add and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Garnish with a little lime juice.
Add slices of Chinese cabbage and slices of chilli to the cauliflower. Add them to the cauliflower and add the hot sauce.
Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional).
