You will need:

sourdough bread
salmon
olive oil
lemons
pumpkin seeds
cashews
avocado

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Toast the sourdough bread and drizzle with olive oil. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Gently mash the avocado with a fork and top with the smoked salmon. Drizzle with a little fresh lemon juice. Plus, adding pumpkin seeds and cashews on top of the salmon will give it a crunchy texture and nutty flavour that will complement the dish well. Enjoy!

Avocado is refreshing and belongs to the earth element. It can engender liquid and allay thirst, making it a useful part of a diet for people suffering from diabetes mellitus.
