You will need:
60g strawberries
40g blueberries
40g oatmeal
Water (enough to fully soak the oatmeal)
Procedure:
Measure out 40g of oatmeal and place it in a bowl. Add enough water to fully soak the oatmeal, allowing it to absorb the liquid. While the oatmeal is soaking, wash and slice your strawberries and rinse the blueberries. Mix the strawberries and blueberries after the oatmeal has soaked and softened. Consider a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey for added flavour. Enjoy your colourful and nutritious breakfast!

Contraindications: Oats are warming; excessive consumption can cause inflammation of the digestive tract, especially in cases of heat in the large intestine. Use with caution in cases of digestive problems such as flatulence and bloating.
