Moroccan Cauliflower

The golden-brown florets, drizzled with the rich tahini sauce and splashed with vibrant green parsley, make for a stunning presentation. You will need:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon delicate pepper
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Preheat your oven to 220°C. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, coriander, delicate pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the seasoned cauliflower onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned. While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the sauce by combining tahini, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth. Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and drizzle the tahini sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your Moroccan Cauliflower warm, as a side dish or a flavorful main course!
